Jordan Window Balancer

Question

The lock on my window says Jordan. The code 28 2 ER CALDWELL is printed on the balancer body. The window weighs 12.5 pounds and the length of the metal body is 29 inches. I believe I need a S390-29 with a 2820 option. I also believe the guides come with the balancer and do not need to be ordered separately. Can you confirm this.

You are correct, the S390-29 with 2820 stamp appears to be a close match. The fittings shown in the product image on the S390-29 come attached to the balances.
