Hello, I'm trying to replace the balances on 16 windows but want to make sure I order the correct ones - there are no markings on the existing ones and the plastic closest to the hook is difficult to make sure its a correct match from the picture online. Windows are aluminum non tilt, 1/2" balances. series 351 appear to be a match but I cannot tell if that said plastic part extends past the 1/2" channel - mine do not.

I agree that the Series 351 is a possible match, but it will depend entirely on the depth of the shoe. As long as the overall depth of the shoe (ignoring the metal channel) is 1", then this will work.
If the depth is 1-1/8", then you want our Series 390 instead.
The diagrams below will hopefully help illustrate what I mean. This depth is the only thing you need to measure at this stage.
