Jordan channel balance

Question

I need to replace the channel balance for my Jordan windows. They are non-tilt windows. the channel balance is 28 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. There is a stamped number on one end. It is probably not legible in the picture. It is 27 3. There is a space between 27 and 3.

Measure your bottom balance shoe. If the shoe measures 1-1/8", as shown below, select the S390-28 channel balance. You can consider the "2730" weight option, required to place an order, due to your "27 3" marking.
