Jordan non-tilt window balance

Question

Hi, the cord in one of the window balances broke. I looks like the cord is not replaceable, so I think we need to replace the whole balance. The metal channel is 29" and the numbers stamped on it are "28 3 AS CALDWELL". I have photos of both balances, broken and not. Do you have the correct replacement balances?

Thanks for posting, Ken. I believe you need either our S351-29 or S390-29, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. Look them over and let me know what you think!
