Jordan single hung balance

this channel came from a Jordan single hung aluminum window.
Can you supply the replacement part for this? There was no mark of ID on the piece.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-29, 1” thick, or S390-29, 1-1/8” thick, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option.

15-002 is the size, but I need the whole unit w/metal channel x 4 for 2 window replacements. The full units were missing on one window and one was out of the other window(the one pictured)

In that case, you'll need our S351-29 channel balance. This comes fully assembled with both nylon attachments. In order to determine which option you'll need, you should remove and weigh your bottom sash. There is a chart on our product page that will tell you which option you need based on the weight of your sash. Thank you!
