Jordan window balance

Question

I am trying to replace my jordan window balance and am looking for advice on parts. My dimensions match up to the S390 -28 but I am not sure which option to choose. The stamp on my existing balance says (27 3). So I guess my question is do I get the 2730?. I'm also looking for the sash guide to accompany it. The good dash guide is attached in the picture.

You are absolutely right on the stamp. A stamp of 27 3 corresponds to our 2730 option. If you wanted to be 110% sure, though, you can always weigh your sash.

As for the top sash guide, see our 18-180. This looks very close to me. I just recommend reviewing the dimensions we show for it to confirm that they all match up to yours.
