Jordan window balance

Hello, I am looking for this window balance. I need 18 of them. These windows are no-tilt. The depth is 5/8". The width is 9/16". The length is 34". This house was built in 2006. Thank you in advance!

This appears to be either an S390-34 or S351-34 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 3330.

Thank you for your response. You said it depends on the depth of "the bottom nylon shoe". Is that the "Channel balance shoe"? On both of these models the channel balance shoes are the same size. I am obviously looking at the wrong part.
