Hi, I'm having trouble sending my pictures of parts to you. I'm in need of some replacement balances for Jordan windows.

I think you have either our Series 390 or Series 351 channel balance, but I'm not sure which one. Now, they may appear identical, but they have one key difference: the size of the bottom shoe. The Series 390 comes with the 15-001 and the Series 351 comes with the 15-002. You will need to carefully measure your own shoe and see which is better.
As for the length, only measure the metal channel. That's how all manufacturers determine length.
