Jordan window balance replacement

A quick learner from Texas says:
We just purchased a home and we realized someone removed almost all the balances from all windows. The one we found looked like s350 (top and toe and they measured 25")but we left the house and failed to look for a stamp before we left. So I'm unsure what balancer to pick. The windows do not tilt. These windows are likely original and from the early 80s. The full window measures 35w x 71h and the bottom section is smaller than top half.
Any help you can give?

Hello, thanks for writing in. The stamp on the metal channel denotes the spring strength. Unfortunately the only other way to determine the correct option without the actual stamp is to weigh the window. I'm sorry I couldn't be of greater assistance.

A quick learner from Texas says:
Ok I've had the opportunity to get the two balances that were left. Neither had a stamp on them. So, I took one window and put it on the bathroom scale. It weighed 16 lbs (weighed twice to ensure accuracy).

Are you able to tell me what part #i need now?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Great! Since you said you need the Series 350 and its 25", then the part number would be S350-25. If your window is 16 pounds, then you will want to select the stamp option "2430".

A quick learner from Texas says:
I did not say I needed S350, I said it resembles the 350 based on the "look" of the top and base pieces. How do I know what series I really need? It appears there are a few that the top and bottom pieces look similar (350, 351, 380something, and probably others)

If you need assistance identifying the correct series, you will need to upload some pictures of your part. I will particularly need to see the plastic attachments at either end of the metal channel, preferably from above with the open side of the channel, where the spring is revealed, facing up. Thanks!
