Jordan window balancers

A handy person from Phoenix AZ says:
There are no stamped letters on the parts. There is printed information which is "28 4 FP CALDWELL" I find no other identifying information. The window weighs 24 lbs.

Hello and thank you for contacting us. Please have a look at both our S351-29 and S390-29 channel balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. For the Series 351, the depth measurement is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Measure yours to see which of the two is the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2840 option.
