Jordan window channel balance replacements

Handy Person from U.S.A.
I have a home built in 1989, with Jordan single hung windows. I need several lenghts, the same style. The channels are stamped with 28 4 followed by a D1, can you supply proper parts? Thank You !

We carry block and tackle balances, but we need you to match the top and bottom nylon fittings attached on the balances.

I am trying to order 8 of the S351 29" block and tackle balances, I need them with the 19-002 top and the 15-002 shoe on the bottom, the problem is that when I try to put them in the cart the screen asks me to choose an option, there is no indication that I see as to what the option #'s mean. Thank you

The options are a stamp that is currently on your balance, it signifies the balance strength.
If you cannot locate the stamp number on your current balance, remove the window sash and place it on a scale. We will need the weight of the window sash in pounds to recommend a stamp option for you.

Jordan window is known to use S390 and your pictures match up to the product picture of the S390 channel balance. You can double check by comparing your balance with the product image by clicking on the above S390 link.

Looking at your pictures you need a S390-29 with the option 2830
