Jordan window - need replacement parts

Question

Looks like we have Series 351 channel balance, 2730 version. Please review the pictures and suggest the parts we need besides the 2 channel balances.The marking on the balances shows 2730 BS1 AX. Not sure about digit "1".There is a plastic part missing from the top right portion of the bottom window frame. Also, now sure what hardware is needed to secure the top of the channel balances... please suggest it.

Hello! Looks like you need new top sash guides. These are the plastic clips that install on the top corners of the sash and keep the balance in place during normal operation.

The bad news is that the Series 351 is compatible with about a million different top sash guides, and without seeing the original I have no way of verifying what you need. My best guess at the moment would be our 18-199, which is made for Jordan windows, but that's far from a guarantee.

Your next step should be to remove one of the old top sash guides to see how well it matches the 18-199. If they differ in any way, we'll need clear and unobstructed photos along with written measurements in your response. That will allow us to find a better match.
