Jordan window Balance #213 and guide

Question

I am in need of two parts for a Jordan window. One is the balance and the other is the plastic hook catch that goes on the top side of the sash. I have attached photos of each. Sash weighs 12 pounds.
Your assistance would be appreciated.

Hello,

I think you might have a newer style Jordan window. We don't carry an exact replacement for your top sash guide but take a look at another customer discussion here where one of our experts recommends either our 18-008 or 18-171 as possible replacements.

As for your balances, It looks like you have either our S351-22, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-22, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need 2130 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your existing stamp and sash weight.
