Jordan window roller sets

Question

We just bought a house with Jordan windows. Some of the windows are missing the roller sets and some are missing the plastic pin that holds the rollers. Can you tell me where I can find replacements? Thank you, Andi

We should be able to help with these rollers but first we'll need the width, length and height of the nylon housing and the diameter and thickness of the wheel.
