I have been told that I have the Jordan Companies M21/23/25 series single hung windows and I need a sash balance for them. I do not currently live in this house but need to get it repaired after a couple of windows were flagged on inspection. Would you please assist me in identifying the correct sash balance I need. I would like to purchase 4 balance assemblies once the part has been identified. Please feel free to email. I should be able to take measurements or pictures tomorrow if you are unable to cross reference the balances based on the information I have provided.

I'm sorry, but without seeing pictures of the balance in question it would be very hard for us to make a recommendation. Even if we were to know the Series, there are still other factors that will require you having the balance on hand, such as the length and the sash weight. If you can get us pictures, please clearly show us both ends of the balance and whatever stamps are printed on it. Please also give me its measurements and the weight of the sash. Thanks!

I'm afraid we will not be able to assist you without pictures. If you are receiving an error, it's possible your pictures are too large. Make sure that they are .jpegs of a reasonable size. In the meantime, you can always simply browse through our selection of sash support hardware to find the balance you need.

Thank you, these pictures are perfect. Check out our Series 390 channel balance. This appears to be our best match.
