Jordan window sash cam

Dear SWISCO,

I have recently purchased from you qty (4) 390 channel balances from you. Upon installing these I still had problems with one window and discover a top sash cam was missing on one side. These are Jordan windows.

Do you have these parts in stock? If so, please advise part number and price so I may purchase a few.

Thanks for posting, William. Check out our 18-115. Do you think you can use this? Compare it to your own top sash guide and see how they match up.

18-115 is off in hole spacing by 1/8" (but I can fix this) and the 13/16" length of the 'hook' section is 5/16" longer than what I have...but it might work. I'll order a couple and give them a try. Thanks. William
