Jordan window sash springs

Question

The Jordan window overall height is 58.5" tall.  It weighs 21.6 lbs. the markings on it appears to be 28 B S1 w.  The metal length appears to be 28.75 inches.  Metal with plastic 29.75".  The width is apx .5 inches. Thank you for the help identifying them.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-29, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. With that being said, I would recommend double-checking the length of you metal channel, which should be 29" without the endi fittings. If so, take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2830 spring strength option for your replacements since your balance stamp appears to be 28 3.
