Yep, that looks like a channel balance. We can probably supply a match, but before I can narrow down the list of replacements, can you show me a clear picture of the top and bottom nylon fittings? That will be a huge help. Thanks!

I'm sorry, these photos don't really show me much. I need one clear picture of the top nylon fitting and one clear picture of the bottom nylon fitting. With those two photos I'm confident I can make a good recommendation.

Thanks for the additional photos. We have known most Jordan windows like yours use the S390-29 channel balances. The spring option should be 2830 for a sash weighing between 16-23 lbs. Take a look and let us know your thoughts.
