Jordon Window 2030 Balance

It's hard to tell what you have based on this picture. It could either be our Series 390 or Series 351 channel balance, depending on the size of the shoe.

The number printed on your balance is not an identification code. That only tells you how strong the spring is. The only way to identify the Series is to compare your nylon attachments to the information we show on our site. I don't believe a phone representative can help too much on that front, since all you have to do is carefully measure your hardware and look at the measurements we have posted.
