Thanks for writing in! The worm gear from the center of your operator has been stripped so you'll need to replace the entire assembly. I'm happy to identify the replacement you need but I will need to see a photo of the operator arm(s), and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash, to do so.
