K & K Casement window gearbox

Casement window with K&K on the cover. Back right if the gearbox appears to be stamped with 40572 or 40672.
Right side hinge, left side lock.
Worm gear and engaging helical gear are skipping.

I'd like to purchase a new gearbox and a new handle please.

Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can replace this window operator, but I need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that connect to the gear box and push and pull the window sash. From there we should be able to narrow this down for you.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like it might be our 39-031 (its opposite-handed version is the 39-032). Review the diagram below to ensure the length of the arms matches your old hardware; let me know if anything differs in any way. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-114L and 39-107.
