K & K window parts needed

I have two windows that are broken in my house. The crank fell off on both windows, as well as the crank coverings. The gears on the crank are stripped. I'm not sure what to do. Thank you!

When those worm gears strip out, the only solution is to get a new operator. We can help, but I need to see the rest of the mechanism. If you can remove the original or at least open the window so that I can see the whole thing in one shot, I will be able to match it up to a replacement in our catalog.

This is a big help, thank you! Looking at this new photo, I recommend our 39-031 casement window operator. You should carefully review the dimensions we show on its store page just to be 100% sure that they match up, but I think they will. Also see the 39-032 for the opposite side.

You can probably reuse your old cover and handle, but just in case, you can also see our 39-107 and 39-114L.
