These hinges are two piece hinges. One piece bolts to the rail of the cabinet. The other piece bolts to the door. The rail piece has an extension that slides into the door piece and locks into place something like a clasp on a bracelet. The rail piece has numbers on the back. On the left side the numbers are 5934 and then there is a space and on the left side the numbers 34. I am hoping you can help me find these hinges. Thanks for your help.
