Existing KK Window Operator, casing ~5 1/8", looking for lowest profile folding handle replacement. Help, please. Thanks!

Thanks, Tom! I think it might work. Does the handle connect to the shaft right in the middle of the casing? It's tough to tell from the product picture. That's what I need to fit what I have pictured above. Also, what's the length and width of the casing for the 39-107FK? Thanks again!

Yes, the 39-107FK handle is centered, same as the bore on your operator. The 39-107FK is the same general size as our 39-107, which is what is popularly used with your style of operator.
