Hello there. This looks like the worm gear that connects an operator with a crank handle. Unfortunately these are not meant to be replaced; when they pop out like this, it's a sure sign that the entire operator assembly has broken down and should be replaced. Fortunately I'm confident we can help with that, but I need to see a picture of your entire operator assembly, including the link arm(s), to identify it for you. We'll do our best to assist from there.
Thank you! These photos are very helpful. This appears to be a dual arm operator, specifically something like our 39-032. We also sell the 39-031 for the opposite side. I think these parts are a great place to start, but you should carefully review the size of the arms to verify that they match yours. There other other versions with different arm sizes, so it's an important detail to be mindful of.
