KK patio door - weather stripping replacement

Hello, I have an older KK patio door (1960s I believe, but I don't know for sure). The inner jamb leaf seal (I think that's the correct name) is wearing out. I can't find any weather stripping that matches this style. Do you happen to have anything like this?
