Hi - I'm looking for: 2 hand cranks, 1 plastic case and 1 "gear" which attaches to the window crank. The gear is in picture 3.

Thank you for posting and showing us pictures of your operator and casement window!
As for replacing the gear only, that unfortunately is not possible. They are pressed into the housing during the manufacturing process.
However, you can replace the operator, the cover and the handle.
To get a better look at what you have, you will want to remove the hardware from the window. And you're in luck in that department because I made a video on how to do that a couple months ago! You can watch it here:
Then, to get started with your research, look at the 39-031 Casement Operator to see if it matches yours. The corresponding cover is the 39-107 Operator Cover, and a couple handles, the 39-114L and 39-205.
