K&K Casement Operator Handle

the brand is K&k casement wood frame window. the operator handle is not working when turning. it doesn't bring the window to close or open. Please let me know if you have the casement operator and handle part for me to replace. Thanks

Hello,

We'd be happy to help you find a replacement operator, but we'll need to see the arms that attach to the mobile part of the window to identify the part that you need. The easiest way to do this is to open your window, and take a picture from above so that the metal arm and crank are both visible. Thank you!

Just what we needed to see, thank you! Based on the problem you've described, I'd say the gear have stripped out. Replacing the whole operator is definitely the recommended solution. I'd start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032 to see if our dimensions match up to yours. If they differ in any way, let me know and we will do our best to find something better.
