K&K Casement Window Operator

Question

I have an awning style casement window that i need a new operator for, as the retaining nut will not thread back onto the operator. I believe it is a K&K window, but cant be sure. There are 2 window arms, with one operator they are 11 1/4" fully extended.
Photos are attached. Do you have any replacement options?

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-348 awning operator, which uses the 36-078 shoe studs, to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
