K&K Window Doesn't Fully Close

Hi. My K&K casement window won't close flush at the bottom of the operator/crank side. Do you think the operator is bad or do you think it might be something else?

I think it's the operator, but there's an easy way to test it. The first step is to disconnect the two operator arms from the sash. Then, try to close the window by hand. If it closest without a problem, then the operator has to go.

I recommend the 39-031 and 39-032. I think these will match what you have, but carefully look over our dimensions just to be 100% sure they match.
