K&K double hung window jamliners

Question

Hi, My home has K&K Wood with exterior aluminum clad, double hung windows.
Some of the Jam liners are warped due to sun damage, and also the counter weight catch snapped on one I was messing with trying to take a window out.
Please see the S/N and some pics, I want to purchase replacement Jam liners.

Unfortunately we are not able to assist with replacement jamb liners. If you have a wood window, we recommend reaching out to a local mill work that specializes in wood windows for more information. I apologize that we cannot assist with your repair.

If you need assistance with the channel balances, we may be able to help, but would need to the see bottom attachment. Thank you!
