Unfortunately, Karey storm window parts are no longer available. Take a look at the suggested storm latch 91-176 to see if you could grind it down to fit your storm window sash. Another thought would be to check with a hardware store or glass shop in your area to see if they have any backstock of Karey parts in their inventory.
