Kas Kel window crank

A handy person from Peabody, Ma says:
I can open my window but it will not close. Gears seem stripped, Feels like it "slips". Since I can use the crank to open window I do not want to remove. I take screen off and pull window to close.

Hello,

Take a look and compare our 39-187 and 39-188 operators to your original assembly. Thank you!
