Kassen and Keller awning window crank

Question

I have a Kassen and Keller awning window that needs a new crank mechanism. The crank will open the window but not close it. The model is a Kassen & Keller 700 slimline awning window that was installed in 1997. Can you help?

Compare your hardware to our 39-083 and 39-140 and see if these could replace what you have.
