I need the plastic cover for the crank and the two brackets that the locking mechanism attaches to , to lock the window.

I'm afraid I can't really identify the lock while it's still installed. Too many details are obscured. I can tell you that we only have two parts in our inventory that are similar to what I see in your photo: our 38-208 and 38-205. Look these over to see if you could get one of these to work. There's no guarantee that either will, but they're a good place to start at least.
