Kawneer measurements

Question

I am looking to replace weather stripping on several kawneer doors we have on are campus. What measurement do you need in order to get the right weather stripping?

We would need the width, height and diameter of the weatherstripping. It would also be helpful to have some pictures of your current weatherstripping from a side-profile view. Thank you.
