Kawneer patio sliding doors

This piece of rubber slips in a track which is 3/8 " , from the back of the weather strip to the face which slides against the door it is approximately 1/4 "thick , as you can see most has dry rotted off . i have 7 sets of sliding doors can you help me find some replacement weatherstripping .

I'm not sure what to recommend. All weatherstripping more or less looks the same from this angle. Would you be able to show us a picture of this seal from an angle that displays the profile?
