Can you help me identify this upper pivot.
This door has 2 pivots, top and bottom

Perhaps I can help! Look at the 79-123 commercial door pivot that can be used on Kawneer doors. Take note you have an older style Kawneer door. You will need to drill new hole locations in the door to match the newer style pivots. Take a look at the related video to show you how to make the adjustments to install the 79-123 pivot.
