Hi, could you please help me in finding this type of weather stripping,it's vinyl and 5/16ths wide and 83 inches tall and is installed on Kawneer doors

Sure, we have a couple different seals that may work for you. Oddly enough, it looks like you have wool pile on one side and vinyl on the other. We only have wool pile commercial weatherseal, but it looks like they install in the same slot. I think it should work just as well.
The only question is size. We don't have anything with a 5/16" base. You may want to remove a sample just to confirm. You should also check the height. In the meantime, see our 58-099 or maybe even our 58-105 to start. These are both fairly big types of wool pile often used in commercial doors like yours.
