Cascade latch

Question

I have Cascade single hung windows bought in 2007. 18 of the windows need the hardware replaced. The single hung sash windows don't stay up very well. A Cascade warranty rep. called me and reviewed the warranty and told me the hardware is not covered, but gave me your contact info. and recommended I contact you all.

Can you help me find the replacement balance hardware?

Hello,

I don't believe your exact lock is still available but take a look at the 90-323 lock and keeper set to see if the specifications might work for your application.

If the windows are also not staying up very well, we would need to see a photo of an undamaged balance from the side of the window uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
