Keeper for unknown brand patio door?

Hi,

I need to replace 2 of these keepers. They are marked "940-18". Similar to Swisco 89-001 but not quite the same. I assume these are some brand of doors popular in Chicago around 20 years ago.

There's a rubber washer evidently to pad the door from slamming. The die cast base plate is cracked so the screws aren't really holding it in place any more. Any thoughts on a product to use?
