Does the lock come with the metal plate that attachea to the door frame?
I need this assembly, including the plastic plate the metal plate is sitting in.

The 82-249 keeper is similar to yours, depending on how the dimensions below compare. Unforutnately, we do not carry the shim plate shown in your photo. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
