Keeper stop plate needed

Question

Hi looking for the keeper plate for my Certainteed Sliding door. It has a double hook latch . Looks like a 4" opening need where the latch hooks grab. Thanks Brian

This looks like our 82-238 Mortise Lock. This lock interacts with keepers like our 89-030 or 89-036. Please compare.
