We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a clear end profile photo of an intact latch fully removed from the window. These latches are hard to come by and are often specific to the window manufacturer, so I can't be sure if we can supply a match but you're welcome to look through our selection here in the meantime. Thank you! 

Unforutnately, we do not have a video on these parts since we do not have a window on hand that uses this type of lock. With that being said, many of these parts are removed by angling the latch to disengage the bottom that wraps around the sash frame. It should just pop out.
