Kel Payne tilt window parts

Question

I am a landlord trying to repair 1990 Kel-Payne tilt windows. Will you please look at the attached pictures and identify the parts for me and let me know if you sell any of these. I know the top plate that the spiral tube attaches to is 2 inches long. We need to replace all the parts holding the window in place.

This balance is a Series 900 spiral. Measure the length of the tube to choose a particular balance from the Series. It looks like your system uses the 15-045 pivot shoe and the 26-041 pivot bar. Check the measurements for all of these before making a purchase, to be sure.
