Hello, I am in need of 40 of these items. I just wanted to know if they could somehow come with the actual wheel also. Or do you supply them separately?

Yes, the 87-138 comes with the wheel. For future reference, we usually state this information in the product description on each part's respective page. In the case of rollers, specifically, it's safe to assume it comes with a wheel unless explicitly state otherwise.
