Keller like crank assembly

A from silver spring maryland says:

I recently purchased a Keller window crank 39-060 from you.

After comparing the actual part to the one i'm trying to replace I found that the L-shaped mounting area is the same in terms of hole spacing etc, but noticed that the 39-060 has an extra crank leg attached to the gear/leg piece. My part doesnt have this extra leg. The gear housing is also a little bigger in the 39-060 than the part i'm trying to match.

I cant see how to make the 39-060 work and wondered what i should order. I have 4 of these cranks i need to replace. Any thoughts ?
