Keller non tilt spiral parts don't match

Question

I ordered the Keller Bottom sash clips (on order 1437083) 17-018 and -019. I also bought the S200 spiral balances to go with them. These parts are supposed to work together but the shoe on the balance doesn't engage with the clip. It's too big. I'm trying to shoe that in some photos here.

You're right, the S200-15 is fully compatible with the 17-018 and 17-019. I'm not sure why they aren't working for you. They seem to be the right parts. The clips are meant to slide over the shoe from the top and kind of snap on. Can you go into more detail as to exactly why this isn't working for you? I don't see anything in your photos that would prevent these parts from working together.
