Hi - I purchased 8 kenna track closet door hangers and received today. Unfortunately they don't fit the track - the wheels are wider and thicker than the ones I need to replace.
The old ones have a wheel with width 3/16" and diameter 3/4". The new ones have width 1/4" and diameter 7/8". Can you help me find the right hangers, or do I need to purchase a new track?

The 23-048 and 23-051 Kenna Track door hangers are the closest replacement matches we have to your existing rollers. Unfortunately, we cannot be sure that a direct replacement for your rollers is made any longer.
As you've mentioned, our best suggestion would be to replace the entire track system. For this repair we suggest using the 23-501 2 Door Bypass Closet Door Hardware Kit.
