Kerf Mount Bubble Seals

A handy person from Bloomington Indiana says:

I have several older wooden double hung windows that need the bubbles seals replaced. I think the manufacturer is Crestline but I am not sure. I have attached a picture of one of the seals. Thanks for your help!
